Overall it was a challenging build, the final product is huge, very impressive. Wonder why they stop producing it....

Puzz 3D Millenium Falcon
Puzz 3D produces 3D puzzle, puzzle when you put together are in 3 dimensional, the sad thing is that they no longer produce it. I manage to get one of this off ebay, the puzzle pieces is made up of two parts, a printed surface which is glued onto a foam base. Although i manage to get a brand new one, several of the printed surface have started to peel off.

Stop motion
Stop motion (also known as stop action) is an animation technique to make a physically manipulated object appear to move on its own. The object is moved in small increments between individually photographed frames, creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames is played as a continuous sequence. Clay figures are often used in stop motion for their ease of repositioning.
I was fascinated by it when i saw Tim Burton's Corpse Bride, the sequence looks amazing, it does not even seems like the frames are piece together. Do a search on youtube and you could find several amazing stop motion project. One of my favorite was by Patrick Boivin.

Back in 2010 i happen to have plenty of free time and.... well just how hard could it be to make a stop motion, its just taking a series of photos. I manage to make one in the end and posted it on youtube, a really short clip, take a look and enjoy. (P.S. It was really really hard and frustrating to do.)

Repaint of Iron Monger
The 2008 Iron man movie was a great success, pack with action and comedy (credit goes to the great performance by Robert Downey Jr) alot of people were amaze by it. The visual effects are great too.
Was browsing through youtube back in 2008 when i saw a video tutorial on how to repaint toys. (Theres actually plenty of such video on youtube). For example :
The steps look easy, and i have plenty of time back then so i brought a Iron Monger Figure ( One of the toys from the iron man movie toy line) and repaint it.
After i completed repaint it, i took several pictures of it and make a slideshow on youtube.
Well this is the end product enjoy !!!
